Subject: Fuel-Related Surcharge Reduction – Hawaii / Guam / Micronesia

Dear Valued Customer:

We received advisement today that fuel-related costs have declined since the last Fuel-Related Surcharge adjustment went into effect on September 1. As a result, the Hawaii and Guam Ocean Carriers will reduce their FRSC effective Sunday, November 24, 2024. The surcharge for Hawaii service will be reduced from 23.5% to 21.5%, Guam/CNMI service from 24.5% to 22.5%, and Micronesia from 24.5% to 23.5%.

For customers who have not yet transitioned to the tariff restructuring, the surcharge for Hawaii service will be reduced from 45.7% to 43.5%, and for Guam/CNMI and Micronesia, it will be reduced from 47.8% to 44.6% and 45.7%.
