Subject: Island Delivery Rate Increases Effective September 2024

Dear Valued Customer:

As a result of continued increases to business operations and overall cost, we will be increasing most of our island service rates in Maui and Kona, effective for shipments sailing on and after September 1, 2024.

Maui-    Westbound cube delivery rates, including will-call          7%

Westbound spot delivery rates will remain unchanged

Local trucking and delivery accessorial rates                  6%

*warehousing and storage rates will remain unchanged*

Kona-    All related delivery and accessorial rates                        5%

 *will call rates will remain unchanged*
