Dear Valued Customer:

We received advisement today that as a result of increased fuel-related costs, the Hawaii and Guam Ocean Carriers will increase their FRSC effective Sunday, September 1, 2024. The surcharge for Hawaii service will increase from 22.0% to 23.5%, and for Guam/CNMI and Micronesia, it will increase from 23.0% to 24.5%.

For customers who have not yet transitioned to the tariff restructuring, the surcharge for Hawaii service will increase from 44% to 45.7%, and for Guam/Micronesia, it will increase from 46% to 47.8%.
