Subject: Mokihana 470W

Dear Valued Customer,

We have been advised by Matson Navigation Company (“Matson”) that Mokihana 470W was delayed departing Oakland to complete extended maintenance. The vessel is scheduled to arrive in Honolulu on Friday, May 31.

As a result, we anticipate a 24-hour delivery delay for Oahu and Outer Island shipments.

Rest assured, our island trucking operations will be working diligently to expedite the handling of your shipments and minimize any further delay. We will continue to monitor this and update you as needed.

Reserve Vessel  Deployment

Matson will keep their reserve vessel RJ Pfeiffer in operation for Mokihana’s next voyage to ensure that departures from Oakland on June 5 and Long Beach on June 8 operate on time. This voyage will be RJ Pfeiffer 541W.
