Subject: Hawaii Vessel Delay – Manoa 491W

Dear Valued Customer,

We have been advised by Matson Navigation Company (“Matson”) Manoa 491W departed Long Beach in the early afternoon on Wednesday, February 21, and is expected to arrive in Honolulu on Monday morning, February 26.

We are estimating a possible 24-hour delivery delay for our Oahu deliveries and 

evaluating a 24-hour delivery delay for our Neighbor Island deliveries. Our island trucking operations will do everything in their power to expedite the handling of your shipments and to minimize any delay as much as possible. 

We will continue to monitor any developments and update you as needed.
