Subject: Maui Wildfires Service Update

Dear Valued Customer:

Our thoughts remain with our Ohana and everyone affected by the devastating Maui wildfires as we continue to wish for a speedy recovery.

The county of Maui announced they will be reopening the road to the west side of Maui today, August 16th, from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm HST. Our Maui Terminal remains open. Subsequently, DHX will resume delivery service to the west side of Maui to the areas of Launiopoko, Puamana, Kaanapali, Honokawai, Kahana, Napili, and Kapalua effective today. Deliveries to the Lahaina area remain off-limits as they continue search efforts.

Any request for deliveries to the Lahaina area can be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

We will continue to monitor the situation and provide you with updates.
