Subject: Delayed Hawaii Arrivals – Mahimahi 486W, RJ Pfeiffer 527W

Dear Valued Customer:

Due to delayed departures caused by a series of labor disruptions at Matson's West Coast terminals yesterday, Mahimahi 486W and RJ Pfeiffer 527W are expected to arrive in Honolulu behind schedule.

Mahimahi 486W is now expected to arrive in Honolulu Thursday evening, June 8th.

RJ Pfeiffer 527W was late departing Tacoma and is en route to Oakland as scheduled. Matson will provide an updated ETA at Honolulu once the vessel departs Oakland.

We are estimating a 24-hour delivery delay for our Oahu deliveries and are evaluating a 24-hour delivery delay for our Neighbor Island deliveries. Our island trucking operations will do everything in their power to expedite the handling of your shipments and to minimize any delay as much as possible.

We will continue to monitor any developments and update you as needed.
