BREAKING ALERT

Subject: Hawaii and Guam Vessel Delay – Manoa 489W

Dear Valued Customer,

We have been advised by Matson Navigation Company (“Matson”) that the Honolulu arrival of Manoa 489W was further delayed due to high winds and heavy seas. The vessel is expected to arrive in Honolulu tonight, Monday, December 18.

We are estimating a 48-hour delivery delay for our Oahu deliveries and are evaluating a 48-72-hour delivery delay for our Neighbor Island deliveries. Our island trucking operations will do everything in their power to expedite the handling of your shipments and to minimize any delay as much as possible.

Manoa 489W is now expected to arrive in Guam on Wednesday morning, December 27. We are estimating a 24-hour delivery delay.

We will continue to monitor any developments and update you as needed.
