We are providing the following for your information:

Holiday Schedules

The offices listed below will be closed for the holidays as follows:

Please remember that certain offices are across the International Dateline. The dates above are their dates, not the actual U.S. date.

HITCO Closed on Veterans Day

We have been informed by HITCO Moving & Storage they will be closed on Friday, November 10, 2023, in observance of Veterans Day. Our Hilo delivery services will resume on Monday, November 13, 2023.

Veterans Day

All DHX-Dependable Hawaiian Express terminals will be open on Friday, November 10, 2023. There are no changes to our cut-off schedules.

Thanksgiving Holiday Cut-offs

DHX-Dependable Hawaiian Express west coast terminals will be closed on Thursday, November 23, and Friday, November 24. Non-hazardous cargo cut-off will be 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 22, for the Saturday, November 25 Hawaii sail. Please note due to the holiday schedule, our Southern California terminal will not sail any hazardous cargo on Saturday, November 25. Hazardous cargo delivered on Wednesday, November 22, will be held for the Hawaii sailing on Wednesday, November 29. Non-hazardous cargo cut-off will be at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, November 27, for the Wednesday, November 29 Guam sail. Hazardous cargo cut-off will be at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 22, for the Wednesday, November 29 Guam sail. Hazardous cargo will need to be delivered to our Seattle terminal on Tuesday, November 21, by 12:00 p.m. Non-hazardous cargo cut-off in Seattle will be at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 22. Non-hazardous and hazardous cargo cut-offs in Oakland will be on Tuesday, November 21, at 3:00 p.m. for the Wednesday, November 22, Hawaii sail and Tuesday, November 28, Guam sail.

Veterans Day and Thanksgiving Holiday Port Closures

Matson Navigation Company (“Matson”) has announced their Veterans Day and Thanksgiving holiday port operating hours, as is shown below. The vessels sailing to Hawaii and Guam will sail on normal schedules, with no changes for this holiday.
